Screen Guardian Privacy Policy

【Effective Date】This policy takes effect when you first use Screen Guardian and tap "Agree". We recommend guardians read this with their children.

1. Who We Are

This App is provided by Shenzhen Zhengyilong Technology Co., Ltd. (operator, "we"). We value and protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

To provide device management, family binding, policy sync, and push notifications, we may collect:

• Device and account: Device ID, name, family code, role (parent/child), for creating/joining families and syncing rules.
• Rules and settings: Daily limits, blocked periods, eye-rest parameters, managed apps, instant lock status, for local and (when remote is enabled) server storage and sync.
• Push tokens: For push notifications (rule updates, unlock requests). We may occasionally send test pushes; they contain no personal data.
• Logs and diagnostics: Anonymous or sanitized crash/error data to improve stability and security.

We do not sell your data. We use or share information only: to provide services, comply with law, with your consent, or to protect rights.

3. Storage and Protection

Storage: Data may be stored on your device and our servers (in mainland China). We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect it.

Retention: We retain data while you use the service; after uninstall or deletion request, we delete or anonymize within a reasonable period, except where law requires otherwise.

4. Minors (Important)

This App manages child device usage and may process data from child devices. Under applicable law (e.g. PIPL), we process personal data of minors under 14 only with guardian consent. By installing the App on a child device or configuring rules as parent, you consent as guardian. We collect only what is necessary for screen time management, remote sync, and push; we do not collect unrelated sensitive data. We apply stricter controls for minor data.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete your data, or withdraw consent. Contact us via app settings, feedback, or the contact info in this policy. We will respond within the period required by law.

If you do not consent to necessary data collection, some features may be unavailable, but we will not deny basic functionality (where law permits).

6. Third Parties and System Permissions

The App uses Apple's Screen Time, Family Controls, Device Activity, and push. Data use is subject to Apple's privacy policy and system settings.

We may use third parties (push, analytics, crash reporting) who may access some data; we choose compliant providers and require data use only for our purposes.

7. Updates and Governing Law

We may update this policy; changes will be announced in the App or on this site. Continued use means acceptance. This policy is governed by the laws of mainland China (including PIPL, Minor Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law).
