Screen Guardian Terms of Use

【Effective Date】These terms take effect when you first use Screen Guardian (the "App") and tap "Agree".

1. Acceptance and Modification

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are between you and Shenzhen Zhengyilong Technology Co., Ltd. (operator of Screen Guardian). Please read and understand the terms. By using the App, you agree to be bound. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.

2. Service Description

This App is a parental control and eye-care tool based on Apple's Screen Time and Family Sharing. It helps parents manage children's device usage and protect minors' vision and focus.

Services include: screen time rules, managed app selection, daily limits, blocked periods, remote sync (subscription required), push notifications. Actual features may vary.

You understand that the App depends on system permissions (Screen Time, notifications) and some setup in Settings; we cannot guarantee identical behavior on all devices or OS versions.

3. Account and Usage

Use legitimate, accurate information (e.g. family code, device name). You agree to comply with applicable laws and not use the App for illegal activity or to disrupt the service.

If the App is used as the "child" device, you confirm you have guardian consent and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (interface, text, logos) is owned by the operator or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee timeliness, security, or accuracy. We are not liable for interruptions due to network, system updates, or third-party services (e.g. Apple Push). We may send test pushes to verify notifications; this does not collect additional personal data. Disputes with third parties (including family) are resolved between you and them; we are not liable.

6. Minor Protection

For personal data of minors under 14, we follow applicable laws (e.g. PIPL, Minor Protection Law), obtain guardian consent, and minimize data collection. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or limit services for business or legal reasons, with notice when possible.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; failing that, either party may bring suit in a court of competent jurisdiction at the operator's domicile.
